One 60 minute Consultation* – This comprehensive consultation is for assistance with chronic conditions. Chronic conditions are ailments you have had for three weeks or longer.

Detailed Individualized Plan – Following your appointment, I spend 2-3 hours working to develop a customized individual plan based on our conversation and your goals.

Email Support – It is important for you to feel supported in your journey. For up to 8 weeks following your appointment, please email me with any questions that come up. If the answer cannot be answered effectively via email, you may be asked to schedule a Follow-up.

Follow-up Consultation

The Follow-up Consultation Includes:

One Consultation up to 60 minutes* – Follow-up appointments typically occur approximately every 8 weeks. This time is used to check in with how you are doing and assess progress towards your goals.

Detailed Individualized Plan – Following your appointment, I spend 2-3 hours continuing to research your case and make adjustments to your plan if necessary.

Email Support – It is important for you to feel supported in your journey. For up to 8 weeks following your appointment, please email me with any questions that come up. If the answer cannot be answered effectively via email, you may be asked to schedule another Follow-up.

Acute Consultation

The Acute Consultation Includes:

Due to the nature of an acute illness, owning a homeopathy kit or having quick access to remedies is necessary for this type of consultation.

One Consultation up to 15 minutes* - Be prepared to describe your symptoms thoroughly, including anything strange, rare, or peculiar you are noticing during the sickness, especially relating to temperature, food, pressure, pain, mood, or anything that distinctly makes you feel better or worse.

Five Days of Chat Support - Through the secure Healthie site (and app), we can chat about how you are doing and make remedy adjustments as the illness evolves. I am here to support you!

Discover Homeopathy Class Includes:

Discover Homeopathy is a four-part introductory class designed to teach the basics of homeopathy.

Includes:

What is Homeopathy?
What are remedies and how are they made?
Prescribing methodologies
Ways to help your family through first aid situations and common illnesses
Polycrest remedies and cell salts

After this class you will gain a better understanding of homeopathy and have enough information to start helping your family through basic acute illnesses.

Weekly classes will be held in my home or online (this will be noted on the schedule.) Each class will be one hour long.
